Primaflow, part of Mueller Industries, is a multi-branch UK distributor of plumbing and heating products operating eight branches and handling a high transaction volume (14,000 stock lines, 5,000 active customer accounts and around 1,000 shipments per day). The Birmingham-based business needed accurate, real-time warehouse and inventory control, efficient inter-branch transfers and better tools to manage long lead times from international suppliers—challenges it first addressed by installing K8 in 2006.

Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented and hosts the K8 solution, including the K8 Warehouse Management application, delivering complete operational visibility and function-specific KPIs.
