Plumblink is a leading plumbing products and sanitary ware supplier serving the plumbers’ trade, contract markets and the insurance industry. Facing rapid expansion and two branch models (large showroom stores and smaller express plumbing-focused outlets), Plumblink needed to formalise stock distribution and improve visibility across operations; they engaged Kerridge Commercial Systems and implemented the K8 solution to meet these challenges.

Kerridge Commercial Systems’ K8 platform centralized control and supply‑chain visibility, delivering up‑to‑date management information, tighter margin and stock controls, lower support costs and easier branch roll‑outs. The solution helped Plumblink scale from 19 branches in 2010 to 68 in 2015 with plans for a further 12–15 openings, while improving governance, operational transparency and overall growth performance.
