Marcrist, a Doncaster-based maker of diamond cutting and drilling products, faced inefficient sales and CRM processes after migrating to a new ERP. Sales teams in the UK, Germany and Switzerland had no remote ERP access, causing double handling, email-driven updates and reliance on IT for bespoke Excel reports. To address this, Marcrist selected Vecta, a cloud-based, sales-focused CRM from Kerridge Commercial Systems.

Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented Vecta with three nightly ERP feeds and standardised, language- and currency-specific dashboards, plus training and project support. As a result, sales reps now access up-to-date customer and sales data, generate their own bespoke reports, capture visits and calls in one system, and management has full visibility of activity and performance. The deployment eliminated manual re-keying, sped up responses through continuous gap analysis and sales monitoring, and delivered a smooth implementation experience.
