Planglow, a long-established supplier of labeling solutions and environmentally friendly food packaging, needed a more sophisticated system to integrate accounts and sales, give full visibility across the business, and help manage stock and reporting without relying on IT-savvy staff. To solve this, Planglow selected K8 LV from Kerridge Commercial Systems and became an early adopter in 2005, primarily seeking better reporting, order history tracking and strong vendor support.
Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented K8 LV and integrated it via API with Planglow’s website, automating order entry, stock checks, dispatch notes, delivery labels and daily invoicing while providing batch coding, account annotations and wide-ranging reports. The solution gave real-time visibility across 370 stock lines, enabled two-to-three day delivery on stocked products, improved customer-service response and traceability, and helped Planglow plan purchases with a three-month supplier lead time — benefits Planglow’s director attributes to K8 LV and its support team.
