K8 continues to evolve at TBS

TBS Building Supplies, part of the House of Goodness group, was constrained by a legacy trading system that could not integrate with its website, forcing staff to re-key orders and work with data that was only current overnight. To modernise trading, online ordering and stock control, TBS selected Kerridge Commercial Systems and its K8 solution (building on the group's long‑standing use of KCS finance software).

Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented K8 across TBS’s branches along with K8 Web Builder for online trading, delivering an integrated general ledger, “work places” for faster product look‑ups and data warehouse drills for sales analysis. The result: real‑time order and account access for ~11,000 trade customers, 60 K8 users benefiting from quicker searches and drill‑downs, elimination of manual re‑keying, faster direct‑debit processing and improved stock/purchasing decisions following go‑live across all branches.
