JT Dove, a leading builders’ merchant, needed to replace its legacy ERP to improve efficiencies and support the next phase of growth. After a rigorous tender process the company selected Kerridge Commercial Systems’ K8 to standardise processes and boost customer service across its estate of 19 locations and roughly 190 users.
Kerridge Commercial Systems is deploying K8—including integrated financials, timber and bathroom functionality, centralised purchasing, rebate management and the K8 ePOD app—to digitally transform delivery, showroom and warehouse tasks. The solution will put K8’s digital services on iOS/Android for 60 drivers (with electronic manifests and signature capture), support JT Dove’s web development and ease the migration from the legacy system (bolstered by KCS’s acquisition of EDP), delivering measurable scope across 19 branches, ~190 users and 60 mobile drivers while driving greater operational efficiency and improved customer service.
