Kerridge Commercial Systems worked with International Wholesale Tile, a Palm City, Florida–based flooring and surfaces distributor with 20+ sales reps covering the Southeast U.S. The challenge was giving field sales and management real-time mobile access to customer accounts, order status, quotes, inventory and pricing so reps could maintain high service levels and resolve issues quickly while on the road.
Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented its Sales Portal Mobile App for phones and tablets, providing reps and executives instant views of customers, orders, quotes, inventory and pricing. The app delivered an intuitive interface that reps adopted quickly, increased efficiency by reducing calls to the home office, and enabled faster issue resolution (for example, a rep resolved a shipping question from a trade show), improving responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
