Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented K8 Manufacturing with business process mapping, data conversion and user training, enabling demand forecasting, max/min replenishment and streamlined order processing (including multi-delivery orders consolidated to a single invoice and line-by-line discounts). The deployment delivered measurable benefits: around a 17% reduction in stock holdings, standard-item lead times cut by at least two days, on-time-in-full rising from ~95% to over 99%, improved management reporting and noticeable customer service improvements; Hargreaves is now planning further extensions such as CRM, EDI and barcoding.
