European Heritage, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of high-quality tiles, wood flooring and underfloor heating products, was hampered by manual processes and an unreliable system that left information untrustworthy and operations inefficient. Guided by the Tile Association and a visit to another tile distributor, European Heritage selected K8 from Kerridge Commercial Systems and went live in April 2006.
Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented the K8 integrated solution to automate sales, purchasing and administration, giving European Heritage accurate real-time information, tighter control, reduced errors and time savings. The K8 rollout improved reporting and print output, supported measurable operational efficiency and business growth—European Heritage now recommends Kerridge Commercial Systems’ K8 to other tile distributors and credits the system with making them “super efficient” and enabling their current turnover.
