Easby Electronics, a specialist stockist and distributor of passive electronic components, electromechanicals, connectors and semiconductors representing more than forty manufacturers, needed a modern, fully integrated IT platform to support order processing, CRM and ecommerce. Having used Kerridge Commercial Systems products for more than twenty years, Easby worked with Kerridge Commercial Systems to upgrade to K8, selecting the solution in part for its integrated CRM capabilities.
Kerridge Commercial Systems implemented the K8 upgrade and integrated applications (building on earlier ODBC links for acknowledgements, purchase orders and barcode labelling) to provide fully functional ecommerce, CRM and an intuitive GUI. The K8 rollout improved operational efficiency, boosted sales, saved time, and reinforced Easby’s ability to meet customer needs, with ongoing R&D from Kerridge Commercial Systems delivering further opportunities to grow system value.
