Burnt Oak Builders Merchants, a family-run business in North London with a main yard in Burnt Oak and two Harrow warehouses, sold several thousand product lines but relied on manual systems that caused poor stock control, inconsistent pricing, errors and disputes, limited management information and slow debtor settlements.
