Hotel Swagath, Bangalore, faced stagnant business amid heavy local competition, rising distribution costs from OTAs, and limited manpower to manage and improve its online reputation. KePSLA helped the hotel address these challenges using its Feedback Management System and Review Intelligence tools, alongside a focused TripAdvisor-driven strategy to boost direct traffic and bookings.
KePSLA trained the front office team to collect guest reviews at checkout and used a 30-day campaign to improve TripAdvisor visibility and drive users to the hotel’s own website. The results were strong: TripAdvisor ranking improved from 235 to 71, occupancy rose from 58% to 74%, and direct bookings increased from Rs. 14,940 to Rs. 37,309, a 149% jump, while distribution cost on incremental bookings fell from 25% to 3%.
