Kepion was engaged to address these challenges with its consumer goods planning solution, focusing on demand and production planning to improve accuracy, accountability and cross-functional alignment.
Kepion (in partnership with River Logic) implemented comprehensive demand and production planning with prescriptive analytics to model production constraints and test what-if scenarios. The solution delivered a consolidated, driver-based planning process by geography and channel and identified possible cost savings based on production constraints, giving Unilever clearer, measurable insights to reduce costs and improve planning accuracy.
