A Kepion Case Study
IHME (Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation), a non-profit global health research institute funded largely by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, needed a way to manage complex grant and project budgets and to set and allocate FTE targets across the organization. To address these planning and reporting challenges, IHME implemented Kepion using modules for Expense Planning, Management Reporting, Project Planning, Strategic Planning, and Workforce Planning.
Kepion delivered a centralized planning and reporting platform that IHME uses to manage grant and project budgets, set FTE targets, and allocate staff across initiatives. The Kepion solution improved budget visibility, streamlined workforce planning and management reporting, and produced measurable gains in planning cycle time and allocation accuracy.
