JPNAP brings network operations into sharp focus with Kentik

JPNAP, the largest internet exchange in Asia, needed better visibility into complex traffic patterns as its legacy in-house monitoring tools became costly to maintain and struggled to scale with growing traffic. The customer used Kentik’s network observability platform, including the My Kentik Portal, to improve monitoring and share detailed traffic insights with customers.

Kentik implemented the Kentik Network Observability Cloud and My Kentik Portal to give JPNAP real-time, granular visibility across its networks and self-service observability for customers. As a result, JPNAP achieved proactive performance management, faster troubleshooting, stronger security, and a better customer experience while lowering OPEX by eliminating the need to build and maintain its own tools.
