G-Core Labs, a global cloud and edge services provider, needed a better way to proactively monitor its distributed network infrastructure across 100+ PoPs and upstream operators worldwide. Its earlier synthetic monitoring tools were time-consuming to manage, lacked full coverage, and increased infrastructure costs, making it difficult to maintain end-to-end visibility and protect customer service quality.

G-Core Labs expanded its use of Kentik by deploying Kentik Synthetics to monitor mesh traffic between PoPs, upstream ASN performance, regional/country metrics, and DNS. With Kentik, the company gained continuous proactive visibility, automated agent deployment, and reduced infrastructure costs by eliminating the need for extra virtualization or bare-metal servers. This helped G-Core Labs respond to issues before customers noticed them, uphold SLAs, and maintain high service quality.
