The YMCA of the North Shore, one of New England’s largest Ys with seven facilities and over 44,000 members, needed a single website that honored national YMCA brand guidelines while showcasing its local programs and serving both English- and Spanish-speaking users. Key challenges included improving member signups and program registration, boosting donations and volunteer engagement, and providing easy content editing with role-based approvals.

Boston Interactive built a Kentico-powered site with a Spanish version, interactive program schedules fed from internal databases, online registration, Google Maps for locations, and integrations with Constant Contact and Twitter. The result is a modern, brand-aligned, bilingual web presence that is more timely and user-centric, improving access to programs and streamlining operations.
