A Kentico Case Study
YMCA Canada, a national federation serving more than 55,000 staff and volunteers across 44 YMCAs and five combined YMCAs/YWCAs, needed a new bilingual intranet to replace an aging brand management platform. The organization required a single, authoritative portal for staff, volunteers and board members to access assets, documentation and resources, and ecentricarts faced a tight deadline and many complex requirements to deliver a Phase One launch with account management and a full brand management system.
ecentricarts leveraged the existing Common Web Platform and Kentico to build a bilingual, utility-driven intranet with a searchable, tag-based brand asset catalogue, robust asset management, gated user profiles, RESTful APIs, dynamic previews and on-the-fly zip downloads. Delivered on time and on budget through an agile approach, the solution increased operational efficiency across the Federation and improved brand adherence and continuity.
