A Kentico Case Study
Wüstenrot Czech Republic, a leading financial services group with over 550,000 clients and more than 750,000 contracts, needed to re-platform its website to better meet online customer expectations, simplify content and layout editing, integrate with its call-center and other third‑party systems, and ensure partner independence. Long‑time partner Actum was engaged to lead the migration and modernization, ensuring a fast, low‑risk adoption of the new platform.
Actum implemented Kentico EMS, migrating functionality, redesigning UX/UI and information architecture, consolidating sites under one domain, and adding custom widgets, automated contact imports and structured form integrations with the client’s call center. Using Kentico marketing features (A/B testing and personalization) increased banner CTRs and conversions; the relaunch improved engagement (average time on site +30s), returning visitors (+12%), and lowered bounce rates (general drops of ~8–10%, >12% in some regions), while giving editors a far more flexible, single management platform.
