World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) had outgrown its legacy website, which was no longer able to support its global audience or reflect the full scope of the travel and tourism sector. The site suffered from outdated content, inconsistent branding, weak SEO and performance, and restrictive templates that slowed publishing and limited internal teams. WTTC turned to Kentico, using Xperience by Kentico, to replace the underperforming CMS.
Kentico, working through the migration to Xperience by Kentico, helped WTTC move to a more flexible platform that could better support content management, brand consistency, and future growth. The new solution improved the organization’s ability to publish efficiently and present a more representative digital experience, removing the barriers created by the old CMS and increasing WTTC’s impact.
