Workers Health & Safety Centre - Customer Case Study

Workers Health & Safety Centre (WHSC), Ontario’s leading occupational health and safety training provider, needed a modern, engaging website to promote and deliver training to diverse audiences. The project required tight integration between a CMS and WHSC’s existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a secure members’ portal with seven distinct user roles, course components that combine CMS and CRM data, and conversion of complex 30–40 field PDF booking forms into working web transactions.

Seventyeight Digital built the site on Kentico CMS and developed a custom integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enable SSO, sync leads/accounts/events/products, and expose CRM workflows to the site. They created a Course Component document type linking CMS content to CRM data, implemented role-based security via web services and Kentico roles, and replaced PDFs with Kentico forms. The result is a scalable, accessible platform that streamlined operations, increased bookings and lead generation, improved content management and targeted user experiences, and broadened engagement through events and social integration.
