Windy City Wire, a cable and technology products manufacturer, engaged Falcon-Software to redesign its website to handle a vast product catalog and improve usability. The company needed a strong, easy-to-use CMS, a navigation system that gave users quick access to products from any page, a high-impact, action-oriented home page that promoted training videos and calls-to-action, and seamless integration with their secure eCommerce site — all while addressing performance challenges from dynamically building navigation.

Falcon-Software implemented Kentico CMS, delivering a rotating banner and CTAs on a simplified home page, a flyout contact and persistent live chat, and dual navigation (top and left) to give immediate access to product pages. Videos were organized with commenting, and Falcon coordinated eCommerce integration with the provider.
