Wind Creek Hospitality, a leading casino and hotel operator across the Southeast (Atlanta, Birmingham, Pensacola, Mobile, Wetumpka, Atmore and Montgomery), needed to modernize its booking experience and centralize customer tools into a single, easy-to-maintain site. Facing a 90-day deadline, the two-phase project required real-time integration with the Opera reservation system to replace manual rate and availability updates, plus a new comp‑redemption flow so players could view and apply gaming comps online — all wrapped in a mobile-first redesign.
Bit‑Wizards built the solution on Kentico and Azure, integrating Opera’s Web API for live room data and the Bally API for on-site comp lookups by Account ID. Guests now see accurate, real-time availability, apply comp codes in-browser, and complete bookings in a four-step flow without calling customer service. The result: faster reservations, fewer data errors, significant time and cost savings, higher customer satisfaction, and a marked reduction in support calls.
