Wind Creek Hospitality’s Atmore property needed to consolidate marketing into a single, integrated solution. Although Wind Creek was already on Kentico for their website, their third‑party email system (Lyris) was costly and provided no post‑send visibility, segmentation, automation or reusable templates, which led to inconsistent branding, frustrated content authors forced to handle code, and blurred marketing roles. The plan was to migrate marketing to Kentico Integrated Marketing starting with Atmore.

Bit‑Wizards upgraded Wind Creek to Kentico 9, migrated contacts and templates from Lyris, and configured Kentico’s Enterprise Marketing plus Global Unsubscribe. They built custom SendGrid integrations to import bounce and spam data, sped up sending via the SendGrid REST API, and trained the marketing team. The result: eliminated the extra email vendor and its cost, consistent branded emails, clearer analytics and segmentation, reduced spam complaints and better customer satisfaction — and the system can now send 1,700 emails per minute (about 100,000 per hour).
