Wiltshire Farm Foods, a 25‑year‑old ready‑meals business with around 75 franchisees, needed MMT Digital to rebuild its aging e-commerce site to support growth. The main challenges were serving an older core audience (and the relatives who order for them), providing a fully responsive experience (including checkout), and migrating business logic, user data and numerous third‑party integrations without disrupting day‑to‑day operations.
MMT Digital delivered a clean, user‑tested design and rebuilt the store on Kentico, using its e‑commerce features and Integration Bus to power a responsive checkout (≈1,000 transactions/day) and bi‑directional links to VeriFone, EWA, Telebizz, Postcode Anywhere, Nav‑2‑Net and 70+ Microsoft Dynamics instances. The result is a faster, more intuitive site that scales for higher traffic, supports always‑on real‑time franchise integrations and moves the business toward a single customer view.
