Willow Chiropractic is a successful multi-site practice in the south‑west UK that needed to raise its online profile, attract more new patient enquiries and improve overall engagement. Despite prior marketing spend, the old website wasn’t generating sufficient enquiries and competitors were gaining market share; the project also had to provide individually optimisable clinic landing pages and allow for future expansion.

ie redeveloped Willow’s brand messaging and rebuilt the site on Kentico, adding clinic landing pages, patient stories, chiropractor profiles and SEO best practices (meta tags, friendly URLs) to make content easy to add and optimise. Within two months the site saw a 43% increase in organic traffic, a 310% rise in Google SERP impressions, an 8.65% drop in bounce rate and 23% more time on site, alongside strong staff and patient feedback.
