Weed Man is a family-founded lawn care franchise (est. 1970) and the world’s top lawn care franchisor, known for local franchise owners and high-quality service. The company needed a modern, enterprise-grade website and CMS to present a unified national brand while preserving localized franchise experiences, improve usability and lead routing, and integrate with its customer portal and SEM campaigns.
BlueKey rebuilt the site on Kentico with a corporate site plus ~150 franchise microsites, IP-based routing, tokenized content personalization and a franchisee dashboard for local control. The redesign produced stronger engagement and lead quality—customer engagement rose 47%—average pageviews increased from 3.07 to 4.46, time on site from 1:22 to 2:35, bounce rate fell from 64% to 34%, mobile use grew from 27% to 34%, and organic keyword traffic climbed from ~16,000 to ~18,000 monthly.
