Waterkracht designs and supplies professional cleaning solutions and needed to replace separate website and webshop systems with one responsive, centrally managed platform to better serve dealers and other target groups. Key challenges included synchronizing products, customers and orders with Waterkracht’s internal LN system, merging company and individual user records, implementing a discount matrix and custom payment provider (using internal credit), and building robust product filtering to reduce frequent phone queries.
Frontis built a Kentico-based responsive website and integrated webshop with scheduled API syncs to LN, custom web-parts for flexible filtering, linked product/accessory relations, merged user accounts, and an afterpay-style payment integration. The new site reduced sales calls, increased sales by nearly 10%, lifted quotes by 55% in two months, raised pages/session by 30% and session duration by 33%, lowered bounce rate by 13%, and increased average order value.
