Waratah Fencing, a 130‑year‑old Australian rural fencing supplier, needed a digital platform that matched its prestige brand and small marketing team's capacity. Their prior Sitecore/lead‑box setup was inflexible and hard to manage—staff spent about 90% of their time fighting the site—so they required an easy‑to‑use, mobile‑responsive, scalable solution that integrated with Salesforce and supported multi‑site growth.
WDM implemented Kentico, leveraging out‑of‑the‑box features and custom integrations with Salesforce for users, products, pricing, leads and email marketing, while keeping product content and personalization in Kentico. The new site is now the centerpiece of Waratah’s marketing, sales and marketing teams are contributing ideas, and time spent wrestling with the site dropped from 90% to about 10%, leaving a clear digital roadmap for future growth.
