Vidant Health Foundation, a nonprofit serving Eastern North Carolina, partnered with Ntara to redesign its website to raise awareness and increase online donations toward a $50M five-year goal. The foundation faced low public understanding of its work, an unwieldy CMS and donor-management process, and design and technical challenges—especially presenting people-centered stories, optimizing imagery for many mobile users, and storing handwriting and SVG assets.

Ntara responded with a people-first strategy: engaging the board, reframing giving through story-driven “Fund____” messaging, refreshing the site’s palette and photography, and building custom Kentico modules and web parts to manage handwriting, SVGs and mobile-optimized images so editors could publish rich stories without code. The relaunch delivered strong early outcomes: a 1,093% month-over-month traffic increase in the first 30 days, an 832% rise in time on site, and a 4.77% conversion rate.
