Van Gogh Museum - Customer Case Study

The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, home to the world’s largest collection of Van Gogh works, engaged TrueLime to replace an outdated intranet that hindered access to information and internal communication. The museum needed a mobile-friendly, user-centered platform that improved teamwork and content management while addressing technical challenges such as Active Directory single sign-on and clear employee information display.

TrueLime implemented Kentico with a responsive, visual design using Agile methods, building both front- and back-end components, integrating POS data and SSO, and structuring content with metadata and narrowcasting. The new intranet delivered easier content editing, better searchability through metadata, unlimited access on any device, and increased interconnectivity and interaction across the museum’s staff.
