The University of Westminster partnered with digital agency Syndicut to build Your Virtual Open Day — a personalised online experience for prospective students who cannot attend campus. The key challenges were delivering tailored, easy-to-update content about courses and campus life, enabling users to save and share bespoke tours, and integrating registrations with the university’s existing Azorus CRM.

Syndicut built a responsive site using .NET MVC and Kentico, combining video, 3D tours, testimonials, a step-by-step questionnaire and dynamically generated content to create individualised tours, plus CRM integration that pushes student data to Azorus and generates shareable custom URLs. Since launch the platform has driven over 400 new applications in 18 months, increased open-day attendance and social engagement, strengthened the university’s online presence, and attracted interest from other organisations wanting similar solutions.
