A Kentico Case Study
UniCredit Bank, one of the top four banks in the Czech Republic, wanted to improve user experience and boost website conversions. Working with Kentico, the bank tested whether a more flexible campaign landing page could outperform its existing CMS, which was complex, slow to change, and heavily dependent on IT support.
Kentico, with ACTUM Digital, implemented an A/B test using Xperience by Kentico and a trial license, creating an optimized “Open Account” campaign page for two months. The result was a jump in click-through rate from 12% to 25.4%—more than doubling conversions—and UniCredit Bank was able to launch and test the solution quickly without major development or licensing investment.
