Ulster Hall is one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic live music and events venues in Belfast, but remarkably had no dedicated website. The Council wanted a contemporary, responsive site focused on e-commerce ticket sales and tailored user journeys for diverse audiences, while meeting stakeholder, hosting, analytics and event-management integration requirements.

Partnering with i3Digital, the project used stakeholder workshops and Kentico 9 to deliver a user-friendly, functionality-rich site with banner management, image carousels, filtered event/conference listings, newsletter and news widgets, FAQ accordions and a media library for audio/video. The responsive, future-proof site supports ticket sales, conference bookings, analytics and hosting agreements, improving the venue’s online presence and ability to promote events and generate revenue.
