TyreRepair.gr is the e‑shop for one of northern Greece’s largest retail and wholesale sellers of tyre repair products. The project aimed to extend the store’s sales network and provide an intuitive online ordering experience for customers accustomed to traditional ordering methods, while enabling fast product lookup by application-specific characteristics. The main challenge was presenting many specialized products in a familiar, easy-to-scan format and supporting complex product rules (multiple unit types, minimum quantities and non‑standard quantity increments).

To meet this, the team extended Kentico’s e‑commerce module to display products in table-style catalog lists, implemented multiple unit types with minimum sale quantities and step increments (for example, items sold in packs of 20 or in tens), and enhanced the smart search with faceted search support using lucene.net. The result was a scalable admin interface for large product volumes, rapid filtering and search for end users, and a more intuitive online channel that broadened the store’s sales reach.
