Twinings People is the careers arm of global tea company Twinings, representing nearly 2,500 employees across 15+ countries. They needed a careers site that communicated the brand’s heritage and unique workplace culture while also being easy to manage, scalable and mobile-friendly; Ridgeway’s team also had to retrofit and optimise a large volume of existing content into a new design and deliver an efficient way to publish and manage vacancies.

Ridgeway built the site on Kentico, reusing the main Twinings template to save time and budget while adding bespoke elements—staff photography, a secure application system with responsive forms, advanced job filters, sharing tools and multilingual support. The result is an easy-to-manage, on-brand careers site that improves candidate discovery and application completion, reduces HR time and cost, and has already earned industry recognition and strong praise from the Twinings team.
