A Kentico Case Study
Trustmark, a multi-entity employee benefits company (Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions, HealthFitness, CoreSource, Starmark) with over 4,100 employees, needed a modern, mobile-friendly marketing website. Their legacy, nonstandard site prevented the marketing team from easily updating content, managing a large volume of brand-specific materials and videos, and hindered the customer experience; the project also faced a condensed timeline and significant content migration and video-library organization challenges.
Partnering with BizStream, Trustmark rebuilt the site on Kentico 8.2 using a portal engine and responsive design, enabling Trustmark’s team to apply internal designs, self-manage content and videos, and enforce versioning and permissions. Post-launch metrics (1/4/16–3/31/16 vs prior 90 days) show session duration rising from 1:15 to 1:26, pages per session increasing from 1.70 to 3.15, bounce rate dropping from 71.41% to 45.08%, and generating 20+ “Contact Us” submissions per week, while freeing IT and allowing ongoing feature expansion.
