Trophy Distributors, founded in Birmingham in 1981, is the UK’s leading trophy supplier and needed to modernise its online sales portal to support multi-device access, simplify order placement, and add richer online account functionality while remaining easy to manage from a single data source. Red Transact faced three core challenges: presenting over 4,000 products across ~60 categories and 145 varied price lists in a user-friendly way, integrating with Access Dimensions to keep customer, stock and pricing data accurate, and applying a complex Advanced Pricing Matrix that accounts for special offers, customer-specific deals and product groups.
Red Transact defined a clear information architecture and built a responsive site on the Kentico CMS with TranSync integration to Access Dimensions, enabling automated data uploads and order downloads. The redesign added a mega menu, advanced search, filters and a “Quick Order” form with live validation, availability and pricing, allowing orders to be placed from any device. As a result, product and customer updates are timely, orders are processed within minutes, and customers benefit from faster, simpler ordering and improved account functionality.
