Trans Link Systems (TLS), the operator behind the Dutch OV‑chipkaart, needed a secure, responsive extranet where customers could apply for services, quickly find and download personalized documents, and access site and extranet via single sign‑on. Key requirements included two‑factor authentication, inclusion of documents stored on a network drive in search and content trees, a separated editor and production environment, and support for laptops, tablets and smartphones.

TrueLime delivered a Kentico‑based extranet in five months using two‑factor authentication (forms or AD login plus hardware token), WebDAV to surface network documents and store metadata for search, content staging to separate editor and production environments, and generation of personalized, watermarked PDFs. The result is a fast, reliable and user‑friendly extranet that met all requirements, improved transparency and interaction with customers, and lets TLS editors manage content independently.
