Titan IC Systems, a university spin-out turned world leader in hardware engines for low-cost, low-footprint and high-performance expression processing used in cyber defence, networking and cloud security appliances, had an aging, proprietary website that was inflexible and no longer reflected the company’s growth plans or customer needs. Preparing to enter new markets, they needed a fresh, responsive design and a user-friendly, scalable CMS to showcase solutions and make technical information easy to find across devices.
i3 Digital ran user workshops, created a clean, mobile-first site structure with quick access from the homepage and deeper drill-downs for technical specs, and implemented Kentico 8 to give Titan flexible content control. The site launched in January 2015, the administrator reported strong usability after certified training, Titan released its first customer newsletter, and the new platform now supports the company’s growth with a feature-rich, scalable CMS.
