The Prince of Wales Hospice, a West Yorkshire charity providing 24/7 palliative care, worked with Pixelbuilders to create a single online resource to communicate services, promote events, and drive donations. The challenge was consolidating diverse content and functionality—Our Care, Support Us, Events and About—into a clear, user-friendly structure while adding prominent digital donation touchpoints and on-page navigation to protect the user journey.
Pixelbuilders implemented a Kentico CMS site with a mega menu, in-page sub-navigation and interactive donation hover states, and integrated secure payments via Sage Pay. The new site gave the hospice an easy-to-manage platform, improved navigation and usability, increased online fundraising and brand awareness, and better connected the organisation with its digital marketing channels.
