The HincksDellcrest Centre - Customer Case Study

Hincks‑Dellcrest Centre is a Toronto‑based non‑profit children’s mental‑health treatment centre that needed a full website redesign to present a brighter, more engaging identity and to better serve families, clinicians and donors. The primary challenge was to reorganize a large volume of in‑depth content and a complex multi‑level navigation while providing robust, multi‑user content management, filtered site search, news/newsletter capabilities and easy promotion of time‑sensitive events and imagery.

Inorbital implemented a vibrant, contemporary site built on the Kentico CMS (ASP.NET / MS SQL) with content‑managed graphical headers, improved top/secondary/tertiary navigation, filtered search, news/blog and newsletter tools, and flexible templates for micro‑sites and promotional modules. The result is a unified, positive web presence that meets functional requirements, simplifies administration for multiple users, is cost‑effective and scalable, and makes it easier to promote Hincks‑Dellcrest’s programs and outreach.
