The Florida Aquarium is a Tampa-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that educates and inspires environmental stewardship. Its existing custom .NET CMS and hosting environment were struggling to keep up with feature needs and site traffic, so the organization sought a partner to implement a modern CMS and provide a secure, scalable hosting solution.

iMedia migrated the site to Kentico CMS, porting content, building templates, adding HTML/CSS, and hosting the site in their data center while training the marketing team to manage and schedule content efficiently. The site launched on November 14, 2013 with improved web performance and administration, and a Phase Two responsive redesign is planned; the Aquarium reported strong satisfaction with the transition.
