TextHelp - Customer Case Study

Texthelp, a global leader in assistive learning technology, needed a simpler, more usable flagship website to support multiple brands and diverse customer groups. The previous site was overly complex and content-heavy, with many stakeholders and varied end-user needs, so partner Quba carried out persona research, mapped user journeys and defined business, user and technical requirements to guide a complete redesign.

Quba delivered UK and US site versions, integrated with SugarCRM and the Chrome Web Store for richer customer activity data, used Stripe for payments, hosted the site on Microsoft Azure for consistent performance, and added Browsealoud for accessibility—building the site on Kentico for strong e-commerce and integration capabilities. The relaunch unified Texthelp’s brands, improved cross-selling, fed leads and browsing intelligence into CRM, raised the brand profile across devices, and produced measurable gains: 22% of product page visitors now make a purchase or enquiry and session duration fell 45%, showing users find what they need much faster.
