Tennessee Rural Health (TRH), founded in 1947 to serve farmers and rural Tennesseans and now serving over 180,000 members statewide, needed a website that would raise market awareness, educate users about individual, family and Medicare Supplement plans, and convert organic traffic into qualified sales opportunities.
Wakefly built a responsive Kentico site with a custom, three-step rate-quote form and Contact Us flow integrated with TRH’s CRM and Pardot, tracked application downloads, and an updateable Google Maps-based office directory with SEO-friendly county and office pages. Additional features included Pardot landing templates, rotating banners, print CSS and font resizing. The relaunch drove major organic gains (Sep 1, 2013–Mar 31, 2014 vs prior year): pages/visit +304.6%, average visit duration +213.5%, page views +392.8% and bounce rate −59.2%; Kentico was chosen for its ease of use, Pardot integration and SEO strengths.
