TAP Integrative is a nonprofit membership site serving integrative healthcare professionals. They needed a secure, flexible CMS that could handle large volumes of multimedia and complex membership rules — including tiered roles and promotional subscriptions — while also indexing CDN-hosted documents and videos (only accessible to authenticated users). Custom work was required for search behavior, CDN token-based security, multiple membership levels, and integrations with third‑party tools like video players and payment processors.

Omni built a password‑protected Kentico-based membership site letting members manage accounts, watch videos, download content, read articles, and use forums, while editors control dynamic content, versioning, and audit trails. The solution integrated with Authorize.net and MailChimp and provided a centralized admin interface for membership and email preferences. The site launched in four months in time for a major industry conference, meeting TAP’s needs for an intuitive CMS, multi-level contributors, large-file management, and robust user management.
