Swindon College, a further education provider in Swindon with around 7,000 students offering vocational courses and apprenticeships, relied on its website as a primary resource hub. The existing site was outdated, cluttered with irrelevant content, required manual download-and-post enrolment forms, and lacked integration with key systems (Tribal EBS and WPM), limiting online enrolments and creating significant administrative overhead.
