St.LukesHealth is an Australian health insurer that engaged The Digital Embassy to redevelop its website into a customer‑centric digital experience platform. The goal was to better support members, align the site with the brand and contact‑centre experience, and boost brand awareness, lead generation and conversion while giving marketers greater control and personalization capabilities.

The solution used Kentico Xperience with a location‑personalised Cover Selector, HAMBS pricing integration, Campaign Monitor e‑communications and custom page types to simplify comparisons, improve UX and empower content editors. In the first three months after launch versus the prior three months, homepage views grew 118%, bounce rate fell 28%, and pageviews per session rose 46%, alongside easier campaign management and stronger member engagement.
