St. Louis Gateway Arch - Customer Case Study

Bi-State Development Agency, which operates the Gateway Arch tram, riverboats and visitor services at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, needed a modern, usable website that showcased the monument and park attractions while supporting large-format imagery, flexible content modules and phased content releases. The project faced tight budget constraints and an aggressive timeline tied to the Arch’s 50th birthday, so the agency required a responsive design and a CMS that staff could easily update.

Roundedcube (with design partner Dovetail) built a responsive site on Kentico CMS, delivering the project on time and on budget and giving Bi-State tools for easy content updates and future marketing automation. Since launch, page views have doubled, mobile usage has risen to about 70% of traffic, and the site now reaches audiences across the U.S., increasing visibility and supporting tourism ahead of the museum’s grand re-opening.
