St John Ambulance Qld, a charitable non-profit providing first aid and health services, needed to restructure and redesign its website to improve branding, content structure and internal resource access while integrating volunteer and donation management. The project had to handle a large, varied content set for a broad demographic, simplify shop categories, create intuitive tablet and mobile navigation, and deliver a streamlined course calendar across devices.

Working with Zeroseven and built on Kentico, the new site delivers news, course enrolment and an integrated e‑commerce experience with a fully customizable checkout and multiple payment integrations (gateways, CRM, shipping). Responsive design and device-specific content improved user journeys and administration. The relaunched site refreshed St John’s online presence and drove measurable gains: bounce rate down 40%, users up 28% and sessions up 40%, while supporting volunteer recruitment, donations and internal content management.
